Kadhai Tofu Paneer- Vegan Indian Recipe

Ingredients:
250g Soyuz tofu, diced
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 capsicum, sliced
3 tbsp coriander leaves, for garnishing
1 cup tomato puree
3 tbsp cream
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
3 tsp oil
Salt, to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp sugar
Recipe For Kadhai Tofu Paneer:
1. On a hot non-stick pan, add some oil to it. Once the oil starts getting hot add ginger-garlic paste and onions to saute until it turns brown.
2. Add some turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and dried fenugreek leaves and cook for almost 5 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add tomato puree and water, simmer it for 10 minutes.
4. Add the sliced capsicum, tofu, sugar, salt, cream, and water; mix it all well and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve the dish hot with coriander leaves.
